"The client had already fitted out the first floor of one of its buildings for a particular business unit. The requirements of the business unit in question changed so that they were not able to occupy the space when the area was completed. A different business unit could take the space but had different requirements in terms of layout, the number of offices & meeting rooms etc. Outcome The client saved money by re-using materials Waste was minimised Space was adapted quickly to suit a different business unit that that intended for the original scheme."
